When toxic iron ore poison the downstream iron and steel making and frequent fluctuations in raw material quality affects the performance of blast furnaces and subsequently the entire chain of steel making process, producing good quality of pellets is increasingly a precondition of success, this is especially true for our organization as we don’t enjoy the benefit of fixed source of iron ore.

So, I very much like the agglomeration process which can produce right quality pellets and sinters with low carbon footprint through sustainable operation, highly advanced process control and innovative interventions.

Being a Dean for JSW Technical Academy is an enormous responsibility and at the same time it’s a job that is full of joy and excitement to develop abundant in-house expertise in palletizing process.

I shall focus on understanding the need of the people and latest trends in the pellet making, making sure employees are engaged in conversations about bold innovative ideas and exploring different possibilities.

Enabling easy online access of technical literatures, emphasizing on various research papers and facilitating learning through hands on practice will be my priority as a dean of technical academy.
