Functional Level
Grades L11–L13
Develop advanced expertise within your functional domain. Level 3 strengthens the specialised knowledge, judgement and leadership capabilities needed to guide others and contribute to the continued development of your function.
LEVEL 4
Management Level
Grades L14–L15
Apply your expertise to lead and optimise operations across the plant value stream. Level 4 focuses on the strategic, operational and leadership capabilities required to drive excellence, innovation and sustainable performance across the organisation.
